'Featured in BookWise Newsletter' post

The month is nearly over. It is so hard to believe. We’ve seem some phenomenal things happen with your BookWise business this month. One of them is that we were featured in the BookWise Newsletter - Turn the Page. Here’s what was written about us:

Editor’s Note: This Associate Spotlight differs from any we’ve done previously because Leisa and Craig Watkins were “nominated” for this spotlight by a member of their downline. It seems appropriate to first share some of the nominator’s comments before the interview with the Watkins.

Dear Turn the Page Editor:
I was wondering if I could nominate my upline to be spotlighted in the next newsletter? They are two very humble people who would never ask to be spotlighted or ask for any recognition. That is why I would love to see Leisa and Craig Watkins make your newsletter.

I have done network marketing before and felt completely disconnected with my previous upline. When I stumbled upon Craig and Leisa, I found them to be so genuine and helpful. I figured they would show me how to sign up, teach me a few things here and there and then send me on my way with BookWise. Instead, what happened was completely out of the norm.

Craig and Leisa hooked me up with training CDs, showed me how to market myself, and took a gazillion calls from me until I finally understood things better. In a nutshell, they are constantly showing me how to better my business. I don’t want to give away all of the “perks” of being a part of their team, but if others knew all the training features they’ve set up for us, they would be blown away.

It feels so good to be a part of BookWise, but even better when you have team leaders who treat you as good friends and are doing all that they can to help you succeed.

Carolyn Hartley

Carolyn is definitely right about this amazing couple. It is obvious that their goal is Success (with a capital “S”)—for themselves and for others. As far as “others” go, they’re working extremely hard to make the process easier for their downline, but they also spend countless hours helping others in BookWise (outside of their own downline) who need some motivation or new ideas. They are the kind of people that lift and inspire everyone around them.

The Watkins have been doing network marketing for 25 years. In their words, they’ve “learned the hard way” about bad uplines and what not to do. But they feel that all these other experiences helped prepare them for this opportunity of a lifetime with BookWise. And they know enough about network marketing to know that BookWise is a great deal. Plus, all it took for Leisa was to hear that Richard Paul Evans was involved, and that cinched the deal.

With all the training programs and help they offer others, it sounds like a full-time effort, but Craig and Leisa also lead busy lives outside their BookWise business. Craig works for Wal-Mart and Leisa home schools their three kids. (Whew! That’s enough right there!) She is a 4H volunteer (with several awards to her honor) and she’s also a mixed media art instructor who is in demand all over the country for the seminars she conducts in this field. She even taught herself HTML so she could build her BookWise website and create an online university for her downline.

The Watkins are truly passionate about helping others and truly passionate about BookWise. As Carolyn Hartley summed it up, “I feel like I won the ‘golden ticket’ when I got them as my team leaders. They are headed on the fast track and I guarantee they are doing all that they can to make sure their whole team is right there with them.”

We appreciate the Watkins’ willingness to share their story with Turn the Page readers. And we appreciate Carolyn Hartley’s insightful letter telling us why the Watkins should be featured. They will receive a hardcover bestseller to add to their library. If you would like to be featured in our Associate Spotlight (and receive a hardcover bestseller), or if you would like to nominate another Associate, please send us an email with your name, phone number, and the best time to contact you.
